Deposit

A $100 deposit is required for all events to secure the date, cover material costs, and to prepare for the party. The date and time of your party is not secure unless the deposit is paid. An invoice will be sent out via email. Payments can be made with credit card, cash or check made out to Laura Donnelly.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, you must notify Pop-Up Painting Events via phone (508) 951-4652 or email at info@popuppaintingevents.com with at least 7 days notice to avoid losing your deposit. If you must cancel or reschedule within the 7-day cancellation window, you will lose your deposit for that party. If you do choose to reschedule, the deposit is nontransferable to another date. If Pop-Up Painting Events must cancel or reschedule for any reason, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your deposit to another date.

*Emergencies do occur. If you need special consideration due to an unexpected emergency, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Weather-Related Conditions

Weather is unpredictable. If the weather (or other natural disaster) makes it unsafe to travel, we will work with you to reschedule your party. Your deposit will be credited to another date with no additional fees.
